Welcome to the Sun Valley Young Men's Blog

Welcome to a blog containing information about the activities that the Young Men in the Sun Valley Ward scouting units are participating in. This blog was started and is maintained by the Venture Crew (PQ) but all three units that are in the Sun Valley YM organization are welcome to post entries and activities. The calendar here at the top of the blog will include planned activities for all three quorums. Clicking on an entry will generally provide more information especially if the entry doesn't fully show up due to space limitations. To see a listing of the activities in a list format, click on the "Agenda" link. Feel free to view the calendar and then the entries describing our activities. All three units are welcome to make blog entries about their activities and are encouraged to do so. Page down below the calendar to see the various blog entries of our activities and what we are doing.

Temple Trip

Today the young men had an assignment to do baptisms for the dead at the Mesa temple. Three of our young men were able to come. After our temple assignment the group went to pizza. We will have one more opportunity later in the year to attend the temple. Bro. Sharpe and Bro. Selin stayed as they were needed and didn't get to go to pizza :(. But on their way home they saw a minivan with a license plate that read "MORMONS". We took a picture of it and if you look really closely you can make it out.
